For Oral Presentation

Presentation Preparation

  • Each session room will be equipped with one laptop (installed with Windows 10, Microsoft Office 2016) and an LCD projector. It is highly encouraged that all speakers use the provided laptop to prevent the connection problems and save the installation time.
  • If you plan to use your own laptop, please come to the session earlier to test the compatibility. Please bring any necessary electrical adaptors and connectors for your laptop. We DO NOT provide any of them.
  • Please use horizontal slides (16:9) and make sure all video clips/fonts are supported. It is recommended to prepare a backup copy in the USB drive for your slides and video clips.

GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PRESENTATION

For Poster Presentation

Please be noted that a Poster Number (ex. P1-001, P4-241) will be used, rather than abstract number, from now on in the Congress program and for arrangements on-site. Please kindly follow the guidelines provided as below for the preparation and display of your poster.

Poster Display

Dimension of Display board is 100cm width by 200cm height. The poster number will be mounted on the top of the board by the Congress staff. The poster should be measured within horizontally 90cm max and vertically 120cm max.

Preparation for Presentation

  • Be sure to include the Abstract Title, Authors’Names and Affiliations centered at the top of the poster.
  • The text of your presentation should be visible from 3 feet away. Therefore, a large font (20 point or larger) for the primary text, and an even larger font for headings are recommended.
  • DO NOT MAIL YOUR POSTER to the ACB 2019 Congress venue. Also, ACB 2019 Congress will not provide printing service on-site.
  • Be aware that you are responsible to set up the poster by yourself. ACB 2019 Congress would not provide any set-up service.

Mounting and Removal

  • Presenting authors are required to set up the posters during the designed hours shown below.
  • Please use the adhesive tapes provided onsite. No paste, glue, thumb tacks or staples are permitted.
  • Authors who wish to keep their posters should remove them at the assigned Poster Removal Time. Posters not removed after assigned time will be disposed directly without permission.
